Introduction: Ken Follett

A founding member and first past president of the Preservation Trades Network.

Active in the construction and contract business for more than thirty-five years, with specific experience in historic conservation, exterior façade maintenance and waterproofing for the last twenty-five.

We provide on-site services in the USA from Boston to Washington to Chicago.

Our local geographic range includes NYC (all boroughs), Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Past projects, primarily in the NYC environment, have included work at Carnegie Hall, Grand Central Terminal (Bovis/LaSalle Partners), West Point Military Academy, City Center, New Amsterdam Theater (Tishman/Disney), Horace Greeley Barn, Chrysler Building, General Motors Building, Cable Building, Huntington Hilton, Neiman Marcus (White Plains, NY), Edison Building #11 relocation (Edison Foundation/NPS), and the award winning restoration of the Barnes & Noble headquarters at NYC Union Square (awards from Municipal Art Society, Victorian Society, and NYS Parks –SHPO 1996).
